Dry January Likeable Badass

Dry January has become a popular way to kick off the New Year!  Each year I host a group to walk through the 30 day Live Alcohol Experiment.  This year, I am ELEVATING it!

January 1st will be kicked off by diving into the Live Alcohol Experiment by Annie Grace, reading and reflecting on each day's lesson while connecting and communicating via the Marco Polo app, where I will start off each day with my thoughts and encourage others to share theirs.

Additionally, we will do a book study on Likeable Badass by Alison Fragle. Each Thursday at 7pm EST, we will come together to break down what we are learning in the book and discuss any items related to our goal to remain alcohol-free in January.

Each session will be recorded via Zoom and shared with post-session notes, book recommendations, podcasts, Ted Talks, and so much more!  Tools galore!

  • It will be 2025 before we know it!  

    Here is a MUST-DO workshop that I'm offering anyone who is interested in wrapping up 2024 learning about the brain, how that impacts your lifestyle choices, leadership style, identities and dive into 2025 with a Dry January.  

    For the first 9 weeks of the workshop we will read and breakdown the book Unchain Your Brain by Dr. Daniel Amen.  We will read 2 chapters per week and in the weekly zoom session dive into what we are learning and how that applies to our relationship with anything we want to change in our lifestyle.

    In the final 4 weeks we will read and follow along with the 30 Day Alcohol Experiment by Annie Grace to kick off 2025 as the best version of yourself!

    Here are the deets:

    • 13 weeks

    • November 2nd - January 30th

    • Weekly Zoom Calls - 10am EST each Saturday (11/2, 11/9, 11/16, 11/23, 11/30, 12/7, 12/14, 12/21, 12/28, 1/4, 1/11, 1/18, 1/25)***if you can't make a session - THAT'S OK!  All sessions are recorded and sent out via email.

    • Resources - Unchain Your Brain by Dr. Daniels Amen (free on Audible) + 30 Day Alcohol Experiment by Annie Grace

  • In this 13-week workshop, we will work on building habits, breaking habits, and stacking habits in a FUN way. Each week will have a weekly habit challenge, which you will track. Additionally, there will be weekly Zoom calls to dive into our thought process, resistance thoughts, celebrations, etc through coaching. Each session will be recorded in case you are unable to attend.

    At the end of the 13 weeks, you will have the confidence and knowledge to go forward in your day-to-day life to build or break the habits you are seeking.

    Prizes! Yes, there is a grand prize...for each week you successfully achieve the habit(s) we are working on (Toni will send out weekly challenges) and you achieve 5 out of 7 days (71% success rate — progress not perfection!) you will be entered in the grand prize drawing to win the following:

  • Beginning on January 1st, I will lead a group of 12 individuals at any place on the journey with alcohol through a 30-day experiment to be alcohol-free utilizing the book The Alcohol Experiment by Annie Grace. You can either purchase the book or follow along on the This Naked Mind app. So many people engage in Dry January and this is a way to either fine-tune your AF lifestyle OR try it out if you're sober-curious.

    1 Zoom call per week for 1 hour each Saturday in January at 11 am EST

    Daily check-ins with me (Coach Toni) via Marco Polo talking about a specific topic of the day and also providing a safe space for the group to share

    Book Club - Little Book of Big Change by Amy Johnson

  • In this workshop, we will work together throughout December to build goals for 2024 and break those down into daily, weekly, and monthly tactics. Additionally, we will dive into how we hold ourselves accountable to these goals and maintain motivation all year long. I will teach you several strategies and tactics I use in my day-to-day life to achieve goals in the spaces of career, health and wellness, family, friends, and spirituality. Included in this 4-week workshop are:

    1 Zoom call per week for 1 hour each Saturday in December at 11 am EST

    Private Facebook group to share resources and build relationships within the group
